This series of paintings radiates with vibrant abstract energy, featuring dynamic splashes of color. Dominant hues ranging from rich reds, pinks, and oranges to deep blues and purple are accented by bold splashes of yellow, creating vivid contrast and brilliance in every piece.The compositions’ fluid, organic forms overlap and intertwine, evoking the intimate, expressive movements of Argentine Tango. Each painting captures the spontaneity, connection, and passionate dialogue of the dance, imparting a sense of rhythm and motion while stirring intense emotion. When I painted this series, I entered a timeless flow, fully immersed in the joy of creation.I dance as I paint, channeling the sensations and emotions I feel in every movement into the canvas. Inspired by the sensual power of nuevo tango, Whatever Lola Wants pulses with energy, tension, and emotional complexity. This abstract composition evokes the intimate dialogue between partners — a dance of push and pull, control and surrender. Layers of color twist and collide like bodies in motion, each gesture charged with intent. There’s rhythm in the brushwork, a seductive undercurrent in the composition, and a bold confidence in its presence — much like Lola herself: irresistible, unrelenting, and always in command.
Este Amor

Part of a series inspired by the passion and complexity of Argentine Tango, Este Amor evokes the deep connection between two dancers as they move in unspoken dialogue. Layers of teal blue ripple across the canvas, fluid and rhythmic, while delicate gold leaf traces a subtle impression of intertwined figures—suggesting embrace, trust, and shared breath. The forms emerge and dissolve within the motion, capturing the essence of tango: a dance where every pause is charged and every step, a response. This painting is a meditation on movement as language, and love as choreography.
Botanical Series
This series reflects my deep love of nature, a connection that began in early childhood. I grew up following my English grandmother through her enchanting garden, where every flower seemed to tell a story. After she passed, my mother lovingly carried on the tradition, expanding the garden—especially the rose beds that had always been my grandmother’s pride. These paintings are an abstracted tribute to those memories. Ranging from semi-representational to highly abstract, they evoke the essence of blooms rather than their literal form. Each piece explores the gestures, rhythms, and emotional resonances of flowers through a variety of painting media. Rather than aiming to replicate nature, I seek to express its spirit—the lushness, the fragility, the wild and layered beauty that continues to inspire me.
